Ricerca

He is a philosopher working at the intersection of epistemology in the analytic tradition, nudge theory, and social psychology. Other research interests include moral psychology, metaphilosophy, and philosophical methodology. He is generally interested in understanding the psychological dynamics that shape or hinder the adoption of climate-change-relevant behaviors and beliefs. More specifically, his current research is aimed at investigating both theoretically and empirically the as yet unclear and underexplored interactions between policy interventions relying on green nudges and the formation of environmentally-friendly beliefs. The central question addressed by this research is whether, how, and under which conditions a nudge-induced behavioral change can bring about a corresponding mind change.
